Multiple fire crews from Deva and Hunedoara intervened at a shopping center in Deva, where large amounts of smoke were reported. The firefighters quickly responded to protect the people inside and to evacuate them safely. According to ISU Hunedoara, ten people were evacuated by the intervention teams, and approximately 300 people self-evacuated.
Among those evacuated, one person suffered a panic attack and received medical assistance from paramedics, but no other cases requiring care were reported. Meanwhile, the intervention teams worked to identify and eliminate the source of the smoke, using two fans to evacuate it. The intervention took place following reports of significant smoke emissions inside the shopping center.
