The fire occurred on Thursday at the former Mărul de Aur restaurant building, prompting the intervention of ISU Bucharest-Ilfov with 8 fire trucks. The fire is manifesting inside and on the roof, and firefighters are operating from heights. A RO-Alert message was issued to inform the population, considering that the smoke may affect nearby residences. ISUBIF mentioned that there had been previous interventions at the same location in December 2024.
