On Wednesday, ANPC conducted checks at the Dragonul Roșu Complex, where over 150 economic operators were inspected. Following the control, multiple non-compliances were identified, resulting in the application of 213 contraventional fines, totaling over 880,000 lei, and 15 warnings. Products worth over 36,000 lei were permanently removed from sale, while other products, valued at 5.1 million lei, were temporarily suspended. Among the identified non-compliances were the sale of dangerous toys, deficiencies in informing consumers about textile products and footwear articles, as well as the sale of electrical equipment without compliance documents with EU standards. Additionally, activities were discovered that were carried out without legal authorization.
