ANPC imposed fines of 37,000 lei and suspended for 30 days two economic operators who sold tobacco products to minors.

Following controls, ANPC found that representatives of two economic operators sold tobacco products to persons under 18 years of age. The commissioners imposed fines amounting to 37,000 lei, a warning and suspended the activity for 30 days for both economic operators. They also permanently stopped the counterfeit products from being sold.
