Following controls, ANPC found that representatives of two economic operators sold tobacco products to persons under 18 years of age. The commissioners imposed fines amounting to 37,000 lei, a warning and suspended the activity for 30 days for both economic operators. They also permanently stopped the counterfeit products from being sold.
