A teenager from the commune of Andreiașu de Jos alerted the police with a false call to 112, claiming that she had been kidnapped and transported to Galați. After investigation, the police established that there was no real threat. The minor admitted that she acted this way to follow a trend on social media. She was fined 1,000 lei, and her legal representative received a fine of 500 lei. Authorities emphasize the seriousness of false calls and the need for responsible use of the emergency number 112.
