Explosion at a plastic manufacturing plant in Năvodari / An employee of the factory was injured

An explosion occurred on Friday at a plastic manufacturing plant in Năvodari, injuring a 48-year-old man who suffered trauma and abrasions to his face. The Dobrogea Emergency Situations Inspectorate confirmed that the blast was not followed by a fire. The victim, conscious and cooperative, is receiving medical care on site, and the intervention of emergency crews is currently underway. After the danger has been removed, firefighters will investigate the causes of the explosion to determine its source.
