The European Commissioner for Economy, Valdis Dombrovskis, will make an official visit to Romania on October 27-28, aiming to discuss the budgetary and economic developments of the country.

During the visit, Dombrovskis will inspect projects funded through PNRR, alongside the Minister of Investments and European Projects, Dragoș Pîslaru, and will meet with the Governor of the National Bank of Romania, Mugur Isărescu. He will also have meetings with the President of Romania, Nicușor Dan, Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan, Minister of Finance Alexandru Nazare, and members of the Joint Committees for Budget and European Affairs. The visit will conclude with a joint press conference with the Prime Minister, scheduled for Tuesday, at the Victoria Palace.
