The European Commission has launched WTO action against China, challenging its anti-dumping measures on imports of cognac from the EU.

The action comes in response to China's decision to impose anti-dumping measures on imports of cognac from the EU, a move seen as a reaction to additional tariffs imposed by the EU on imports of electric vehicles from China.
