Energy Minister Bogdan Ivan has announced the revocation of the nomination of Alin Ioan Demian for a post on the Supervisory Board of Hidroelectrica, after negative reactions in the press that Demian is his godson. Ivan stressed that the decision was taken in order to maintain citizens' trust in state institutions, although he recognized Demian's professional skills. The latter has extensive experience in administration and has held various political positions.
