Elena Udrea, former head of the Presidential Chancellery and minister, discussed the current state of Romanian politics in an interview for Realitatea Plus. She claims that Romanians have reached this situation because of the choices they made, voting for politicians more concerned with Brussels than with internal issues. Udrea states that Romanians need to choose leaders who love the country.

She also criticized the cancellation of the presidential elections in 2024, emphasizing that the vote of Romanians has been ignored. Regarding Romania's role on the international stage, Udrea expressed pessimism, stating that the country is ignored and lacks representative voices. On a personal level, she mentioned the importance of family support in difficult times.
