On February 26, 2026, the Board of Directors of Electrica decided to revoke Ștefan Alexandru Frangulea from the position of Chief Financial Officer, without just cause, starting on the same date.

Frangulea, who has held this position since January 2022, stated that there was a difference of opinion regarding the strategic directions of the company and thanked the team for their collaboration.
