The proposal comes in the context of allegations of sexual harassment in the university environment and aims at mandatory consideration of any complaints of misconduct, even anonymous ones. The Ministry of Education deems it necessary to promote a viable legislative intervention that would represent the generally applicable legal framework for dealing with any claims alleging potential sexual harassment or assault.
