Daniel David, the Minister of Education, stated that homework has become a burden and will sign two orders on Friday that will take effect immediately. The first order will regulate homework, establishing that there will only be mandatory medium-level homework and optional additional homework, to reduce stress and conflicts generated by homework.

The second order aims to reduce inequalities between schools in rural and urban areas, through partnerships between successful schools in large cities and disadvantaged ones. Teachers from cities will teach online, while local teachers will handle practical activities. David emphasizes the importance of these measures for improving the quality of education and the lives of students in disadvantaged areas.
