Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan has appointed Dragoș-Mihai Hotea, Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, as foreign policy advisor. Mr. Hotea has an 18-year career in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, having held important positions in the field of human rights and international relations.
