Dominic Fritz, a politician and former mayor of Timișoara, expressed on social media his dissatisfaction with the difficulty of the test for obtaining Romanian citizenship. He announced that next week he will take the final interview, which includes questions about the history, geography, culture, and Constitution of Romania. Fritz emphasized that many of the questions on the test are so complex that he believes many Romanians would not know how to answer correctly.
Among the examples of questions he mentioned are those about the Dacian deities and Greek colonies. He also brought up the difficulty of questions related to higher education, medieval cities, and Romanian cultural aspects. Fritz applied for citizenship in July last year and continues to prepare for the interview, wishing to become a Romanian citizen.
