The messages contain alarming statements such as "Your parking account has outstanding payments" and offer "a final opportunity" to pay the owed amount without penalties.

These messages include a link that redirects to fraudulent pages designed to collect personal and financial data. DNSC emphasizes that entering banking information on these sites can lead to financial losses.

Fraud attempts are characterized by urgency and alarming phrasing, and experts recommend avoiding access to suspicious links and verifying the sources of messages. Users are advised to report fraud attempts and to install the DNSC Blacklist Protection extension for additional protection.
