The National Directorate for Cybersecurity (DNSC) is warning about a campaign involving fraudulent SMS messages sent in TPARK’s name. Users are falsely informed that they owe a parking-related amount and are urged to make the payment quickly through a link received in the message.
The SMS messages use an urgent tone and mention alleged penalties to persuade recipients to act without verifying the authenticity of the information. The messages are sent from unknown numbers, and the links do not lead to the official TPARK domain.
The page accessed through these links imitates the legitimate platform’s visual identity, including by using its logo and similar graphic elements. Victims are first asked to provide their vehicle registration number, supposedly to verify a fine, and are then directed to a payment page where banking details may be collected.
DNSC recommends that users not access links received by SMS concerning alleged fines or debts and carefully check the website domain before entering personal data, vehicle information, or card details. TPARK services should be accessed exclusively through official channels, by manually entering the address in a browser or through the official app.
People who have already entered banking details on such a website should urgently contact their bank to block the payment instrument and check for unauthorized transactions.
