The National Directorate for Cyber Security (DNSC) has issued a warning about fraudulent phone calls in which individuals pose as representatives of CEC Bank, claiming to have submitted credit applications on behalf of victims. The real aim is to compromise bank accounts. CEC Bank reiterates that it does not request sensitive data by phone or e-mail. DNSC recommends not providing personal information over the phone, verifying the authenticity of calls and activating account security measures.
