DNA Brasov has indicted three people and a company for a corruption scheme that damaged the hospital with over 18 million lei through fraudulent catering contracts.

DNA Brasov has indicted the hospital's financial director and the head of the procurement service for manipulating a public tender, favoring SC Amrita Com SRL. Between November 2020 and June 2021, they delayed the organization of a new tender, allowing the company to continue providing services on short-term contracts. The subsequent tender was manipulated to favor SC Amrita, and the hospital paid 18.2 million lei for unjustified services. Investigators uncovered serious irregularities in food delivery and favoring nepotism.
