Distrigaz Sud Rețele has informed that it will resume the supply of natural gas for customers affected by the explosion on Calea Rahovei; however, due to the extension of the research perimeter by the authorities, the works to restore functionality will not be able to be carried out for customers on the streets Malcoci, Oltina, Pecineaga, Slt. Popa, Popina, Pricopan, Rahovei, Sălaj, and Vicina. The explosion on October 17 resulted in the death of three people and injured 15, three of whom are in serious condition. Distrigaz has requested the restoration of supply under safe conditions, but certain properties will remain without gas until the investigations are completed. The affected building has been severely damaged, and its demolition is a discussed option.
