The leader of the S.O.S. Romania Party, Diana Șoșoacă, announced the exclusion of senators Cosmina Cerva, Dorin Petrea and Clement Sava, calling for the disbanding of the parliamentary group in the Senate. Cerva challenged the appointment of Mihai Busuioc to the CCR, while Șoșoacă emphasized that the excluded senators can no longer hold positions in Parliament. Șoșoacă has also filed a criminal complaint against Cosmina Cerva for harassment and violence. Cerva contested the exclusion, saying she had received no official notification.
