Strong fire in Turda: over 20 homes destroyed and several people hospitalized

The intervention forces have completed operations at the fire site in Turda, leaving only the Turda Fire Department to monitor the area and extinguish hidden hotspots. Approximately 20 homes, especially barracks, were destroyed, covering a total area of 500 square meters. The prompt intervention of the firefighters prevented the spread of the flames. Following the incident, six people were examined by SMURD and SAJ crews.

A man was transported to the hospital, and another, approximately 70 years old, was identified with a wound on his hand and is to receive medical care. Authorities continue to monitor the situation to ensure the safety of the affected area.
