The fire broke out in the locality of Brăniștari, starting from the dry vegetation in a yard and spreading rapidly due to the wind and combustible materials. Firefighters from Giurgiu, with the support of those from Bucharest-Ilfov, intervened with four fire trucks and tankers. The damages are significant, including the destruction of three houses, outbuildings, and fruit trees. The cause of the fire is open flames in open spaces.
