According to data presented by the Center for the Accommodation of Foreigners Taken into Public Custody Arad, most of the foreigners who were taken in the first six months were from Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Pakistan. Most of them entered Romania legally for employment, but were later detected attempting to cross the border fraudulently. The center will be expanded to 400 places this year.
