Băluță will also take over the leadership of PSD Bucharest, replacing Gabriela Firea, who decided to pass the baton to provide the necessary support.

Firea emphasized the importance of her experience for the team and proposed that she become the regional vice president for Bucharest-Ilfov. Băluță stated that he feels honored by the trust of his colleagues and highlighted the achievements in Sector 4, promising that he will apply his expertise to improve Bucharest, addressing issues such as heating, traffic, and pollution.
