Dacian Cosmin Dragoș, a professor at the Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, has been appointed judge of the Constitutional Court by President Nicușor Dan, with a term of office starting on July 13, 2025. Recognized for his expertise in administrative and European law, Dragoș has had an outstanding academic career and contributed to the drafting of the Administrative Procedure Code and the Administrative Code. He has also been involved in international projects on public administration reform and has been a legal expert in important litigation.
