Anca Vlădică, the former journalist who tried to commit suicide with her 7-year-old daughter, survived, but was charged with attempted murder. The court decided to place her on probation, sparking outrage among the father, who is seeking the termination of parental rights. The girl, who has been left with a scar, is not eating or speaking, and the father believes the court has not done justice. The termination trial has not yet been scheduled.
