The Constitutional Court is set to make a decision on Friday, after three postponements, regarding the Law on the pensions of magistrates, following an objection from the High Court of Cassation and Justice (ICCJ). At the hearing on December 29, 2025, the quorum for the meeting was not met as four judges - Cristian Deliorga, Gheorghe Stan, Bogdan Licu, and Mihai Busuioc - were absent, after leaving the meeting the previous day during a break.
