The unannounced inspections were carried out at companies such as Agrii Romania, Syngenta and Monsanto, after indications of the involvement of other distributors were identified. The Authority underlines that these actions are authorized by the Bucharest Court of Appeal and do not constitute a pre-judgment on the guilt of the companies involved.
