The Minister of Transport, Ciprian Șerban, announced the signing of a collaboration protocol for the modernization of the Sports Club Rapid Bucharest's facilities, alongside the mayor of Sector 1, George Tuță, and the club's director, Vlad Andronescu. The investment, estimated at approximately 50 million lei, will be financed in stages from the budget of Sector 1 and will bring significant social and community benefits. The modernized facilities will be used both by high-performance athletes and by the local community, providing residents of Sector 1 access to sports activities in a modern and safe environment. The Rapid Club will also contribute to the costs of the modernization.
