<p>I.N.H.H.G.A. has announced a hydrological warning of code yellow, valid from June 5, 12:00 to June 6, 09:00, due to the weather forecast. The warning covers 15 counties including Bihor, Cluj, Sălaj, Maramureș, Timiș, Arad, Caraș-Severin, Hunedoara, Brașov, Covasna, Sibiu, Vâlcea, Argeș, Dâmbovița and Prahova. Risks of local flooding and increased flows in small rivers are indicated, and authorities and citizens are advised to avoid flood-prone areas and take precautionary measures.
