The National Railways Supervisory Council (CNSDF) is inviting individuals and companies using rail transport to fill in questionnaires on service quality. The questionnaire for passengers focuses on safety, punctuality and cleanliness, while the one for companies looks at the reasons for choosing rail transport compared to other modes. The responses will feed into the development of Rail Monitor 2025 and recommendations for authorities. The questionnaires are available until 14.09.2025.
