The National Company for Road Investments (CNIR) has signed a contract with the association of firms Ventra Project Management (leader) and Utiber Kozuti Beruhazo Kft for the supervision of works on the Transylvania Highway, lot 3C2 Chiribiș-Biharia, worth 14.9 million lei, financed from non-reimbursable European funds.
The subsection is 28.5 kilometers long, and the works, which began last summer, have reached 30% execution. On this lot, 18 bridges and passages will be built, equipped with a modern speed and security monitoring system. The completion of this lot will allow uninterrupted traffic on the Transylvania Highway, from Nușfalău to Borș, at the border with Hungary. The consultant will organize weekly progress meetings and will monitor compliance with contractual deadlines. The Ministry of Transport supports the efforts of the builders for an early completion.
