The National Company for Road Investments (CNIR) announced on Wednesday the expropriation of properties located along the route of the public utility work 'Road Junction A3 (km 39+940) – DN 1P (Spinuș)', in Bihor County. This decision affects 106 properties, with a total area of approximately 123,000 square meters, and the value of the compensations amounts to 277,000 lei.

The properties have been transferred from private ownership to public ownership of the Romanian state according to Law no. 255/2010. The expropriation decision has been communicated to the Spinuș and Sâniob Town Halls and will be published on the expropriator's website. The constructor of the road junction, the Precon Transilvania-Citadina 98 Association, has a design period of 5 months and an execution period of 6 months. The road junction will facilitate the connection of the Transylvania Highway with the existing road network, ensuring faster access for local communities.

The project includes 6 ramps and is designed for a speed of 60 km/h.
