The Municipal Company Termoenergetica Bucharest has started the process of supplying thermal agent for the winter season, but acknowledges that the distribution will be gradual due to some associations that have not opened the heating circuit. CMTEB has implemented measures to optimize distribution, including the gradual start of supply sources and hydraulic balancing.
