In an extraordinary meeting, the CJSU Harghita adopted a detailed procedure for the monitoring and safe evacuation of the population in the area of the Praid Salt Mine. The document includes monitoring parameters such as the flow rate of the Corund stream and the methane gas concentration, establishing five local alert codes. It was also decided to return the evacuated population from August 13, 2025, after successful testing of the actions of the responsible institutions.
