Ciprian Ciucu explains why he was absent from the public space after the elections: "I want to be well prepared"

Ciprian Ciucu, the newly elected mayor of Bucharest, explained that he chose to be less present in the public space after winning the elections to focus on analyzing the situation in the Capital City Hall. He stated that he is studying budgets, organizational charts, and investment projects, as well as any financially impactful litigations, to be well prepared before making public statements. Ciucu emphasized that he wants to avoid uninspired statements and that he will become more active publicly after the inauguration, when he will be able to clearly present his priorities and solutions for Bucharest.
