Acting Mayor Stelian Bujduveanu has announced that the City Hall of Bucharest will modernize the district heating system by replacing 12.95 km of pipes, benefiting from a non-reimbursable financing of 85% from the Ministry of Development. The works will affect areas such as Calea Vitan and Șoseaua Mihai Bravu and are designed to reduce breakdowns, energy losses and improve the quality of service.
