Metrorex announced that, starting from September 1, 2025, the circulation on Line 4 will be modified, with trains stopping at Jiului station for transfer, due to the works for connecting the new Line 6. These works involve closing track 2 between the stations 1 Mai and Jiului, and passengers will need to change trains to continue their journey. Additionally, Metrorex will reduce the intervals between trains on Lines 1 and 3, improving the frequency of services.
