The incident took place at the Negru Vodă crossing point, where border police had suspicions during the verification of transport documents. With the help of the Romanian Customs Authority, they unsealed the cargo compartment of the truck, discovering products estimated at approximately 500,000 lei.

These goods were seized for further investigations, and the authorities opened a criminal case for the circulation of a product that bears an identical or similar mark to a registered mark. The police continue their investigations to determine the origin and destination of the suspicious goods.
