Cannabis trafficking network discovered in Ploiești

Investigators suspect that a cannabis trafficking network, consisting of seven suspects aged between 17 and 25, has obtained and sold illegal substances on the streets of Ploiești.

The dealer of the network, assisted by accomplices, used a car to travel to the transaction locations. In a single sale, the traffickers managed to obtain between 250 and 650 lei. Additionally, cannabis was distributed in other towns in the county, where the price per gram varied between 50 and 60 lei.

Prosecutors conducted searches at the homes of the network members, seizing relevant evidence for the continuation of the investigation. Investigations are ongoing to identify all individuals involved in illegal activities.
