<p>Călin Georgescu has lodged an appeal against the measure of judicial control, being placed under this measure by the prosecutors of the General Prosecutor's Office. He is being prosecuted for six criminal offenses, the most serious of which is incitement to actions against the constitutional order, in continuous form. The trial has been postponed to allow more time to consider the appeal.
