<p>Călin Georgescu, a former candidate for the Romanian presidency, was heard on Tuesday at the Prosecutor's Office of the High Court of Cassation and Justice in connection with several serious offenses related to national security, after he quoted from the legionary leader Corneliu Zelea Codreanu. The hearing lasted about 20 minutes and Georgescu did not make a statement as he left the chamber. His sympathizers, who were present on the spot, showed their support with chants and posters.
