The Bucharest Court of Appeal has once again postponed the resolution of the request submitted by AUR lawyer Silvia Uscov regarding the suspension of the appointments of CCR judges Dacian Dragoș and Mihai Busuioc, setting a new date for February 11, the same day on which the Constitutional Court is expected to deliver the final verdict on the special pension law for magistrates.

The requests aim to suspend the decree signed by President Nicușor Dan and the decision of the Senate, on the grounds that the two judges do not meet the legal requirements for appointment, with the cases being judged by magistrate Olimpiea Crețeanu.
