There is a risk of local or extensive collapse, and the facade and joinery have suffered significant damage. ISC recommends prohibiting access to the building and within a safety zone of 30 meters around it. Controlled demolition of floors 5-8 is proposed, using a specialized excavator, and the installation of safety props to prevent the collapse of the lower floors.

The neighboring properties have not suffered significant structural damage, and the Dimitrie Bolintineanu high school only had minor damage, with no risk of collapse.

The interventions will be carried out by specialized personnel to ensure safety.
