A man assaulted a saleswoman after his request to view the footage from the surveillance cameras was denied.

A violent aggression took place in the locality of Mogoșești, where a man attacked a shop assistant in a grocery store after she refused his request to view the footage from the surveillance cameras, claiming that he had lost his wallet. Angry, the aggressor took off his jacket and brutally hit the woman, continuing to attack her even after being removed by several witnesses.

The victim, a 43-year-old woman, was unable to defend herself and needed medical care at the Neurosurgery Hospital in Iași, but she was not hospitalized. After the incident, the man was arrested for 30 days and is being investigated for assault, threats, destruction, and disturbing public order and peace. Although he had the option to request a protection order, the victim refused this measure, according to the police.
