The damage caused a reduction in capacity from 160 Gcal/h to 100 Gcal/h, with a drop in the primary circuit temperature from 94°C to 75°C. CMTEB teams are intervening to take over the supply area of the affected thermal points from CET Vest to CET Progresu and CET Grozăvești. ELCEN, the owner of the unit, is the sole responsible for estimating the damage.
