The protest takes place in the context of an increasingly difficult economy for employees, under the slogan "Govern for us too! Not just for you!" BNS demands urgent measures to stop the decline in purchasing power and to improve working conditions. Among the main demands are increasing the minimum wage, stopping salary cuts in the public sector, reducing labor taxation, and combating tax evasion.

Additionally, BNS calls for real and extensive collective negotiations, as well as transparency in the evaluation of workers in the public sector. The protest will include symbolic stops at the ministries responsible for economic and social policies.
