According to information received from the company managing e-bloc, activity on the application could resume around February 1, but until then, homeowners' associations must revert to traditional payment methods, such as cash payments or direct bank transfers. Additionally, BNR has announced a tender for verification and maintenance services for security systems, with a deadline for offers on February 3, 2026.
