The City Hall of Sector 4 has obtained the building permit for the rehabilitation of the Unirii Plain, necessary due to its advanced degradation

The building permit for the reconstruction of the Unirii Plain was issued by the City Hall of Sector 4, signed by Mayor Nicușor Dan on his last day in office. The works include the rehabilitation of the planșe, the regeneration of public spaces, the reconstruction of the Dâmbovița river basin and the modernization of the public utilities. The conflict between Nicușor Dan and the mayor of Sector 4, Daniel Băluță, was intense over the degraded state of the floor, with Băluță accusing the passivity of the General City Hall.
